Drinking Sparkling Shiraz is an absolute must on Christmas morning in Australia. In fact, it's close to law. However, certainly not the only time they enjoy it. As it's hard to find in the US and even harder to find a good one, I find it fun and a treat to drink. Fresh, ripe; blackberries, blueberries, black plum, black raspberries, a hint of spice, big acidity & Christmas cake. It's so fresh, delicious and easy to drink.
