Very nice 100% Meunier and the first champagne I've had from the '09 vintage. Nice and light with fine bubbles; a nose of winter apples, freshly cut hay, and buttercups; well balanced with sufficient acidity. A good aperitif champagne and great in the sun on a hot day. Also, it had a donkey on it.
