A nose of lemon candies... On the palate, it's very much soft yellow apple... Almost savory here... For a reason I don't quite understand, I compare this whole tasting experience to walking into a European deli. For that reason, I think I'd pair this with salami. While I wasn't crazy about the first sip, this wine is growing on me. I kind of like it. Nice length on the finish too.
