2011 vintage.
Funky, fluffy, unfined, unfiltered.
Delicious confit black fruits frames by wild herbs spiciness.
Palate driven by a spritzy acidity and chalky tannins.
Feminine, exotic, sweet and savoury.
Needs careful decanting.

Rosebuds, pebbles, some yeast, good focus, flinty and quite funky. This is just starting to open up, I'd say this has its best years ahead of it. Compelling! Keeps one coming back for another sip.
