All in all my favorite Vino Verde of any I've tried this summer (this is the summer of Vino Verde for us). Zippy, clean, crisp, great mineral profile. Would be good for pairing but just as suitable for a standalone quaff.

This VV is light bodied, slightly fizzy with hints of lime, a great warm weather wine.

West Central Wine Quarterly Cade club selection. Slightly effervescent. Quick pear taste upfront with a fast fast fade finish.

So effervescent. Dry and crisp, but lacking in the greenish flavor of a vinho verde. Easy drinking.

This 2012 Twin Vines Vinho Verde from JM Fonseca is lightly sparkling with good acidity--citrusy and floral--it paired nicely with Chinese food. Can't beat the $8 price. It's a great choice for summer drinking
