If you did this blind, you would swear it was a Burgundy. Huge nose, so good you don't even want to drink it. Big acid because this baby was meant to last. Phenomenal fruit, great mineralogy. Fabulous wine

Delicious, great minerality that paired with salmon and smoked lamb. Full body throughout even without decaninf, opens up beautifully within 10 minutes.
