Pale yellow color, bright.
Balsamic nose, mineral and fresh, curious.
In the mouth it was light, green, not much persistence.
I know how much work is behind every bottle, I know how harsh the conditions are in Val D'Aosta, I respect that, but this wine was so uninteresting (in my opinion), my question is: why work so hard, and wait 6 years if this is the result?
