Never seen this before. From Matsui shuzou, Tottori! Said to be a blend of Scottish -Japanese malt. Very pale straw color, surprising for 18 years old / whisper of smoke / hint of white peppercorn & spice / very clean on palate, almost like a bone dry fino. I wonder what is the mystery Scottish ingredient? speyside?
