Dry finish. Light fruity. Not too spicy. Great for sipping, the bite isn't too sharp. Would go well with red meat. The spiciness would cut fattier dishes well.

Cherry pepper goodness. A little barnyard. Cellar Tracker says past its prime but no. Still nice acids and a nice finish. Not much tannins left but loving it. Opened 3 days later after gas and still excellent.
