First thought is tannic. Needs to breathe at least half an hour. It begins to mellow a bit thereafter and is a fine wine. Berries and cherries cross the palate. Not as smooth as its Kuleto brethren, but a delightful selection nonetheless.

Having with steak, slightly chilled still. Good, a just very slightly acidic. Would buy again
