South African blend: 40% shiraz, 40% cab, 20% pinotage. Dark black fruits and warmth on the nose. Full body, fruit forward, a good amount of acid, lingering spicy, peppery tannins. Perfect on a cold, rainy Irish night like tonight; would be good with a big, juicy, charred steak.
