This was a really interesting white. I've never had a Pinot blanc before and it's a very bold white! Really nice pair with food - something spicy or an aged cheddar.

Very light, smooth flavour. "Patio sipper" is right.. although we tried this wine as part of my 30th birthday tasting as winter approached, I can totally imagine myself with a glass of this in hand on the patio next summer. Yummy!
