Valle Isarco / Eisacktaler Müller-Thurgau
Candied pear, aromas of a lakeside cottage, cedar, honey, and rosemary.
Bae loved this one right away and told me I wouldn’t like it (I’m guessing because of the sweetness), but upon first sip, I actually really appreciated this old world style of elements working in harmony with each other.
Sweetness balanced with acidity, slight bubbles, a freshness that doesn’t end with that unctuous note that can sometimes be off putting in wines like this, and a nice effervescence.
Very well rounded, one to one linearity between bouquet and tasting.really enjoyable drinking experience.

Clean, fresh, a little soft without a lot of noticeable acid. Refreshing and riesling-esque.
