Over hopped IPAs are my favorite. However, this may take it just a little far. Amarillo, Mosaic and Citra hops (which I'm frankly not extremely familiar with) combine to create a very musty nose and lingering after taste. I will say that if combined with a nice Brie and some apple slices, this goes from an overpowering bitter beer to a nice after dinner triple, the beer world equivalent of a port dessert wine. If you want insanely highABV, this is the beer for you!
