A very inexpensive Riesling dominant Auslese at 80yuan bought in China. Medium gold, nose of minerals, dried sweet apricot, honey and some sulfur, which somehow increased its complexity though it is generally not pronounced of its bouquet. Enough acidity to support its moderate sweetness, full-bodied yet lacks flavor intensity and very short length. This is an easy-drinking sweet wine. Can' t complain about if you don't pay much on it. No surprise but good for party and maybe for its price too! 79-80 points. Drink now or age it another two years Tasted in Beijing on 10 th Oct,2013
