The low ratings on this wine are completely unwarranted. Clearly left by people who have no clue, as several of their comments say they liked it. Excellent QPR

Compared well to 1,000 Hours Red Blend. High in tannins leaving a dry mouth feel.

2021 vintage. Very good, especially for the price. Buy a case.

Color of saturated purple. Nose of dark fruits, currant, ample acidity, spice, strawberry, strength of alcohol, and a bit licorice. Taste follows the nose with addition of minty notes, a bit peppery, low tannins, tiny bit bitter, and more grapes note. Aftertaste is medium long with lingering dark fruits and graphite note. Average.

NOSE: Faint….coconut, coffee, wood…a little grain sugar?

TASTE: It’s an American red blend … coffee, chocolate, wood, vanilla … smooth…smoke and ash on the finish...lingering, drying tannins on the tongue. Not my preferred style, but good if it’s the sort of thing you like. 88.

This is an excellent well made wine with high quality grapes of Syrah, Merlot, etc... Balanced in all respects with no flaws. Tannins, acid and fruit are all present in just the right amounts to give a full lush presentation of rich dark delicious fruit. This will be ever present in my cellar.

A great red blend. The alcohol is prevalent with an acidic and spicy finish.
