This was lighter and more delicate than most Xinomavro that I’ve had. In a blind test, I probably would have pegged it as Nebbiolo. It was delicious! Paired very well with stifado.

Cherry, tobacco, eucalyptus on the nose. Similar on the palate - red fruits mixed with some earthy herbaceousness. Medium body & acidity.
