70% corn, 30% malted barley - no rye/wheat; double distilled in copper pot stills; aged two years in five-gallon casks

Light caramel and vanilla, tons of pepper and spice, some alcohol fire. Pretty tasty - a pick-me-up rather than a relaxed sipper.
