An interesting digestif only made and consumed in Switzerland. semi-sweet with dollops of Alpine herbs, cherry, and "root beer" notes. A sane 22% (like many Amari). Seems like it would be a fantastic cocktail ingredient, except for the fact you can't get it anywhere else in the world.
