It’s at best ok. I got lazy and did not switch ChatGPT models and it told me the name of this sake was a different bottle. I was pretty sure I knew better but doubted myself instead of the AI. That’s what happens when you trust these things. After the bottle came I said whatever and kept it - it was as expected. Dry, on the sharp/bitter side and thin. Not terrible but certainly not amazing or one I would bother having again on purpose. ChatGPT when corrected said oh sorry, here is the correct mapping of bottles… great. Side note - it was reasonably fresh at March 2025 so somehow they get these relatively quick. Listening to British bands post London. The Squeeze.
