Vintner's Reserve California Zinfandel

I would only cook with it.

Hints of raspberry, balanced with dark chocolate flavours! although definitely needed time to open itself

Very standard Zinfandel, I think. Ripped red fruits including cherry, raison. It also has spicy taste. A few days after, plum flavor is showing up more. @1063, XMOUTON, 180707-170717

2016 delicious with steak. Cherry wood noise. Dry fruit with a pepper finish.
