Relative schwer in der Nase, Aprikose, frischer grüner Apfel. trocken, leichte jedoch markante Säure am Gaumen. Mittlerer Abgang, schöne Verteilung. Lamm, Schweine Filet, Spargel, See Zunge mit Mandeln, Brie, Schafskäse.

Ich war ja skeptisch über den Online Hype der Dame muss aber vollsten Respekt zollen. Sehr geiler Riesling. Mitunter opulent, dennoch frisch und lang. Respect fyita.
