Opened this last Saturday. Last week, it overpowered with it's vanilla barrel toast. Vanilla that is just too dominate in a Pinot. Tonight, more balanced. Burnt, tart cranberries, strawberries, dark creamed raspberries, cinnamon, touch of nutmeg, vanilla, red florals, much smoother but hot in alcohol. Buy it and give it 3-5 years, you'll reap the benefits. Maybe 8.9 in a few years and still a great value from the staff at K&L Wine Merchants. Per the shop, from a quality Sonoma producer.

Absolutely outstanding. Transparent strawberries, a touch of leather and sting, and a billowy lightness that render the entire bottle vulnerable for drinking by even the most devout of teetotalers. Happy new year and be good!!!
