Wurzburger Stein Silvaner VDP. Erste Lage trocken

The profile is bit between Riesling and Grüner. On the nose, it’s quite aromatic with lemon zest, pear, and green apple. On the palate it has nice acidity and this almost metallic bite, medium finish. A well made Silvaner.
