Nice orange wine to kick off our trip at Den Vandrette in Copenhagen. Dry with a viscous mouthfeel. Nice finish with crisp but moderate acidity. A little cider-y in an interesting way.

Honey colored long maceration white from languedoc. Smells of straw, apples, autumn leaves. The taste started as a mild cider with some of the natural yeast coming through, after about a half an hour the bottle had completely changed and was tasting more like a young, light red though the apple and autumn leaves remained. Super interesting and fun to drink.
