Palate is concentrated, complex and chewy, with terrific lime zest and enough rocky minerality to start a quarry. Lovely tension and mouthfeel and razor sharp acids and freshness. Terrific.

Pale shades of straw and silver. Grapefruit soda. Direct, linear fruits - lime apple, pear. And smoke. Easy, most compliant of the 2020 Juwels for me.
