Mainly black and red fruits with a little licorice with an earthy chalky hint on the nose, black fruit mainly with an earthy finish on the palate.

Sep 24th, 2021Vino rojo-purpura con destellos violetas muy brillantes, en nariz resalta la ciruela negra antes de ser pasa y los frutos rojos, la pimienta, el romero, detectó cardamomo, hierbabuena y un poco de tostado, en boca muy aterciopelado (casi cosquilloso), taninos medios y chocolate negro (de los finos) y un final largo. Lo acompañe con un corte rib-eye prime grueso, espárragos, queso maduro y un jamón ibérico de bellota y todo marido delicioso

Surprising shiraz. Strong butterscotch aroma at first but evolved very quickly into overmature red fruit. Easy to drink. Great with black olives and green apple.
