RI357, Riesling grand premier cru, Jongwënzer Vinsmoselle, 2021, Moselle Luxembourgeoise.
The nose shows lemon and lemon peels note, along some petrol touches and even some crushed rocks scents. I think this wine has seen some oak too, because of an oaky, toasty note that lingers in the back too. The palate is demonstrating a long a fresh acid backbone with a bit of matter and structure around, some lemon and lemon peel notes, but the palate falls flat a bit in the middle but comes back into full effect for a very fresh and salivating finish, with those same lemon and lemon peel notes.
