Hard to coax much complexity out of the nose. Very dark fruits that are not over-ripe. The wine is in balance on the nose and palate but just not much complexity. The wine fans out nicely on the palate with moderate tannins.

Really lovely. Big cherry and tobacco notes, a lot on tannin even after > an hour of airing. A keeper at $13!!!
