Color of vivid bloody red. Nose is nice with plenty of fruit notes like ripe cherry, plum, berries, cocoa and leather, and minerals. Taste is dry and thick to begin with, good strawberries and plum notes come next with hint of sweetness. Peppery notes come on the 3rd wave. Very nice berries note follows. Also some savory spice like thyme. Good cherry jam in the aftertaste. She is a nice Shiraz. With interesting and real nice flavors.
