This Bordeaux style blend is full of rich deep tannins, nice mocha cherry tones, and a slight tingle to to tongue on the finish. It is a great example of American Claret. "Superman's Pal" has finally found my Kryptonite! 🙀

Mar 7th, 2017Similar to his recent arrested fermentation Chardonnay, Superman's Pal has made a wonderfully complex Cabernet with just a touch of residual sugar. Make no mistake, this is no dessert wine, but food wine full of mocha cherry which can stand up to spicy Asian food with panache!
