Mar 7th, 2017Similar to his recent arrested fermentation Chardonnay, Superman's Pal has made a wonderfully complex Cabernet with just a touch of residual sugar. Make no mistake, this is no dessert wine, but food wine full of mocha cherry which can stand up to spicy Asian food with panache!
