2011. The oldest Txakoli I've had, and a beautiful drinking experience. Brine, smoke, highly mineral, snap pea, still a bit of CO2. Actually reminded me of Fiano. One of the more distinctive wines I've had in a while!

The more air this gets, the more it reminds me of l'Ecu. Serious briny drink-the-whole bottle charm.
