Suprisingly balanced, elegant and smooth. Improved over two days with increasing softness. Gives Virginia wine the good name it deserves. Planted on the land where Philip Mazzei and Jefferson had their failed viticulture experiment, the maker should be proud. Rare is the person who can surpass the work of our 2nd president. Paired well with food but drinkable on its own.
