Hazelnut and lemon zest on the nose, with a faint barnyard note. Round and balanced in the mouth. This is a perfect pairing for pasta carbonara.

aromas of linoleum/minerality, rock, faint sweetbread, olive oil, white flowers....this tastes a bit rich and buttery/nutty with age... shows some cream, canned peaches, nice tension between clean minerality and the weight of age.
