Private Collection Valle Central Cabernet Sauvignon

This Chilean Cabernet is medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. The predominant flavors are blueberry, dark cherry, and oak with a tingly acidity to the finish.

First Chilean Cab that I tried... not sure if this for the wine or for the region. Bit flat for Cabernet. Notes of berries, and honeysuckle. Medium body. Will let it breathe and try again tomorrow

Nose is a little weak with honey suckle. Bubblegum at first taste with late teaberry and old tobacco finish.
