A bit past it’s prime for sure, but still decent. On the nose, some subdued rose petals, baking spices and forest floor. In the mouth, a distinct sweetness up front, dark fruit, spices, secondary characteristics. Medium long finish. Slight drying tannins. After 2 hours open, nice increase in depth and length. Probably 5 years too late for its peak, but still yummy.

Very funky on the nose, but earthy funk melded with dried leaves gunpowder and graphite dominate the nose, along with some meaty notes. Good fruit in the palate. Red cherry. Still some drying tannins. Great texture and weight. Weighty but effortless in the way you want a SLB to be. Not even sure if it's a 100% sound, slight cork and sweaty Bret notes, yet somehow still like it

Nice village level Burg. The fruit must have been amazing when it was younger, and honestly I shouldn't have waited this long to open it. Great funky nose with bright cherries and a flat finish. Surprisingly, still some tannins left.
