Incredibly interesting but can't say I'm a huge fan stylistically. Imagine if one of Nicolas Joly's Savennières made sweet (dry?) love to a fino Sherry. This is what you'd end up with.

Great opportunity to try sous voile chenin. From this bottle, it doesn't seem as well-suited to the vin jaune style as the tried & true savagnin, but wonderful nonetheless.
