Hipster wine. A curiosity. I liked it more after 45min. A bit grape and musky at the start but the mineral structure kicked into overdrive along with hints of fino sherry and sweet almond.

Incredibly interesting but can't say I'm a huge fan stylistically. Imagine if one of Nicolas Joly's Savennières made sweet (dry?) love to a fino Sherry. This is what you'd end up with.

Toujours aussi fan de ce blanc
Encore un peu de réduction au nez qui peut perturber
Ensuite en bouche c'est un peu petrolé sur le musc, mineral mais surtout le tranchant d'un rasoir
Quelle fraîcheur, quelle nervosité .....
Super droit
Un vin très très nature sans compromis qui surprend voire laisse perplexe
Mais franchement j'adore ce côté un peu austère serré minéral, il est taille pour la route
On en reparle dans 10 ans !
