Palate has oxidized pear, lemon pith, candle wax, ripe yellow apple with great acidity and long finish. Wonderful wine.
A blend of Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng & Courbu (1/3 each) makes for a nice, dry Jurançon wine with a slightly oxidized character.
