My first dive into the Souillard wines. They come highly recommended from a friend bringing them into the area. 2015 filled with crunchy tannins and pop of freshness. All this by way of bright fruit, balanced acidity, and fine oak tannins. This is getting added to my most important list of “Wines to Crush Cheeseburgers”. A lovely autumn afternoon treat.
