Curious about the bottle. Rather unexpressive on the nose, dulled given its grape and origin. Off bottle? Palate is broad, theres sinew and muscle, very dark, bitter and meaty. Muddled fruit. Reminds me of red that go through very fast and hot fermentations, losing aromatics and gaining too much extraction too quickly, like trying to make tea with boiling water. Not sure 100 WC was the right choice? Want to explore this producer more
