Bright crimson in colour. Fresh primary fruit aromas of plum - also spice and violets - a fragrant perfume. Hints of pepper and stems. Low acid and low tannins - best drinking is now. Not made for cellaring as is the case with “Natural “ Wines. Why would you when it is so smashable right now. Feels like zero new oak influence. So juicy and fresh.

Earthy perfume with twiggy notes and a touch of wet nappy. No oak? Very much a natural wine with a palate of raspberries, loamy savoury flavours and soft tannins. A groovy label. Complete with crown seal like opening an old bottle of beer with a bottle opener. The whole quirky package will appeal to Millenials in CBD Cafes and Bistros.

Of it's many different personalities, sometimes Grenache is fat and sweaty, but other times it's ripped and wears a black leather jacket. That's this wine. It's also interesting because it has so much freshness and lift without having much in the way of acid. It's a study in how tannins can act in place of acid.

This is actually Ralph's dry grown Grenache from the Clarendon Wood Vineyard. Jauma is made in a very natural way with no added Sulphites from a biodynamic Vineyard. Interesting nose of Creaming Soda - an old School soft drink in Australia. Weird but true. Touches of farmyard - Earthy with soft tannins. Drink now.

As good as it gets for Grenache rouge! Absolute freshness despite the age. Good tannin and acid interplay. One of the best vintages of this wine that I have seen. Holding its own nicely
