Initially a little pongo on the nose - wet nappy which remained to a minor extent. The palate was sweet, mineral and earthy - very Heathcote. A mellow rich full bodied Shiraz which is uniquely Jasper Hill - the early black pepper morphed into spice. Built to last but now drinking at its peak.

Going strong at nearly 15 years of age with M + intensity. Jasper Hill one of the early wineries in Heathcote and helped put Heathcote on the map over 30 years ago.
