Oak. Black plum, cherry. Vanilla. Spices including star anise, nutmeg. Black pepper, but not too much. Rich. Spicy, but slight sweet. Not chocolate type, it would be easy to match with various foods like Chinese, Japanese with sauce tasted. Of course, 7 years vantage is a point!!
