this is a super light pinot gris and pinot noir blend. i had it with a nutty cheddar cheese. it didn’t quite pair well. this would really be great by itself. it’s an easy drink for rooftop. i’m inspired to try more czech reds

Fluorescerende rødt/hvidt knaldfyrværkeri fra Tjekkiet. Krudt og strøgne tændstikker pakket ind som hjemmelavet rørbombe. Saltet yoghurt (Ayran). Rabarber. Også en tør syre. Lukket frugt. Måske brett og banan-noter. Tæt på at være genial. Nu bare vildt god til prisen.
