2008 vintage tasted Mar 2015 - GSM blend in brilliant condition. It could cellar prolly one more year. Smoother after gassing overnight. Solid core of Syrah - blackberry, roast beast, touch of white pepper. Acidity balances well with dark fruits. Throwing lots of sediment.

Red ripe fruits on the nose, cherries. Cherry, with a small hint of jam on the end. Semi-dry. Really nice, but possibly near the end of its ripe-ness.
