From a prime Cote Blonde parcel, elegantly styled with up to 15% Viognier. Good complexity of blackberry and black pepper, some smoke and meat. A stylish medium-weight rendition of Cote Rotie.

Had higher expectations for the northern Rhône wine from one of the oldest vineyards in Cote Rôtie. No vibrant red fruit left. Dark fruit minerally but a bit one dimensional.
