Fantastic smell, intense perfume of rose water, followed by rust, licorice root, honey, orange marmalade bitter, iodine, pine resin, salt, mild dry porcini mushrooms, dried apricot, then finish with pleasant hints of walnut. Wine rich in flavor and acidity, with a nice texture, softness and roundness. Very long finish. More the 30 years before dégorgement. An emotional wine!

Mooie verfijnde rosé, ruim 30 jaar oud maar prachtig fris, iets amandel en noot voorin met mooie zuren daarna en een fijne lange afdronk waarin nog een klein zoetje opduikt. Top.
