2017 Brew...not Daiginjyo, rather Ginjyo. Mixed rice - Yamada nishiki 50% and Matsui Mitui 60%. Very smooth and not overly flavored, rather moderate floral flagrance once opened. Tasted very chilled and moderately chilled...both are good. I preferred moderately chilled to enjoy with seafood and cooked veggies.
