Feb 13th, 2017OMG so good. Perfect with a fenugreek cheese and Calabrese. Finishes with honey notes. With a quince cake - tastes more herbal. So good.

Paired well with apps and oysters. B tried it to change up from reds. While not the Muscadet she had this summer. For a white M was able enjoy too.

2015 in 9/23. Gift Eric BellaT...no frame of ref wondered if over the hill but no. Melon, yellow apple, pear, mid palate texture and med weight like a balanced Chard w slightest hint of neutral oak tho not sure this guy saw any oak. Digging it.
